Who we are
Applied Exteriors LLC ("we", "us") operates this website. We provide photo-based roof estimates and connect homeowners with local roofing contractors.
What we collect
When you request an estimate or contact us, we may collect:
- Your name, email address, and phone number.
- Your property address and details about your roof (size, material, condition).
- Photos of your roof that you choose to upload.
We do not knowingly collect payment card details through this site, and we do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics pixels on it.
How we use it
- To produce your estimated price range.
- To contact you about your request.
- To connect you, with your consent, to roofing contractors who can quote the work.
Who we share it with
This is the core of what we do, so we want it to be clear: if you ask to be matched, we share your contact details, property details, and roof photos with roofing contractors in your area so they can prepare a quote. We only do this after you check the consent box in the estimate form. You are never obligated to hire anyone we introduce.
We do not sell your information to data brokers, and we do not share it for purposes unrelated to your roofing request.
Your choices
- You can decline to be matched and simply keep your estimate.
- You can ask us to delete your information and photos at any time.
- You can ask us which contractors received your details.
Retention
We keep your request only as long as needed to serve it and to keep a record of the consent you gave, then delete it on request.
